Come out and enjoy the group fitness experience again with this outdoor Tabata class! Designed to push you out of your comfort zone, be prepared to work hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This workout combines both strength and cardio intervals creating a well-rounded full body workout. "You can do anything for 20 seconds!".
Participants are required to bring their own hand weights, yoga mat and mini bands (optional). Please respect physical distancing when setting up your workout station and when chatting with others.
Outdoor Tabata is $15 for 2 sessions for the month of July (22 July and 29 July).
Please purchase a FREE ticket on Eventbrite to reserve your space. Once that is completed please send a $15 e-transfer to melissahart4fitness@gmail.com to lock down your space. It would be appreciated if your e-transfer is sent within 24 hours of your Eventbrite registration.
