ABOUT LIVEPHOMA

A few years ago, Giovanna Cantini Vespa was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, a blood cancer that is currently affecting over 43,000 Canadians. She made a promise that if she survived, she would give back. And that is how the LivePhoma Committee started.

After beating cancer, she wrote a book about her experience. She then teamed up with her sister, Franca, to create the LivePhoma Committee- a committee dedicated to bringing awareness to the cause and helping raise funds for research. All proceeds of this year's event are going to Dr. Sarit Assounline from the Jewish General Hospital and the Hope and Cope Foundation, as they both played major roles in Giovanna's recovery.

Our goal this year is to get 250 people at our first event, Live, Laugh, Love, and to raise $20,000 to give back. Help us reach our goals by attending Live, Laugh, Love.
