Event Details

spring training wordleGet two topics in one LAB Event: first, party walls in tall wood, then getting ready for net-zero!

Wall design and construction are fundamental to building performance, in more ways than one. In this presentation, we will look at two wall-related topics from the upcoming 2016 Spring Training Camp Building Science Conference*. First up: party walls in tall wood construction. We will look at best practices for a few common details to ensure that air, sound, and fire control expectations are met. Second: zero-ready walls. What options are available and which ones should you focus on for your next near-zero residential project?

*The Spring Training Camp Building Science Conference takes place April 24-26 in Huntsville, Ontario. More information is available here.
