As Waterloo Region’s Crisis Services move towards making their services safer and more culturally responsive to our local population, we would like to explore the ways Black communities are experiencing gendered violence in the region? The resources and services accessible to these communities and how they are experiencing care from social services?

In this hour and a half zoom webinar, we’ll be discussing the ways GBV affect African, Caribbean and Black (ACB) communities through a conversation with individuals from the ACB communities who are engaged in creating accessible and safer services for ACB communities.
