Learn the fine art of using simple, easily accessible materials to produce your very own bespoke hot sauces. Looking for a truly sophisticated and refined burn for your palate? Home fermentation is how to get there. In this seminar, you will go through the process of setting up your first fermentation, a number of recipe options, and what's required of you after your bacteriological friends have completed their work. At the conclusion of the seminar, you will have a take-home, ready-to-start mason jar of materials to get you started on your first small-batch fermented hot sauce.
