Join Tamie-Ann for an inspiring evening celebrating her love of yoga and the wisdom gained from 25 years of practise. The evening will include:
- a special dharma talk titled "25 Lessons from 25 Years of Practise"
- Guided relaxtion and meditation
- Gentle Hatha yoga practise
- Tea & Treats
Come and enjoy an evening with Tamie-Ann as she skillfully weaves together philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and asana into a practise for all abilities. Together, you will move and breathe and laugh as Tamie-Ann offers her signature lighthearted instruction. The evening will help you work out some kinks in body and mind, leaving you calm, and refreshed. Tamie-Ann will inspire and encourage you to incorporate the many healing aspects of yoga into your own life.
This evening is an opportunity for Tamie-Ann to celebrate this milestone with her favourite yogis, her students and fellow teachers! With dedication, she has practised and taught through some of life's greatest challenges: finishing a degree, becoming a mother, serious illnesses, injury, and more. As she reflected on the lessons learned from her practise through the years, she felt inspired to share, to encourage, to inspire others to adapt their yoga practise to support whatever challenges arise in their lives with patience and love.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, dress comfortably in layers, (optional - bolster or meditation cushion)
Suitable for ages 16+, Chair yoga students welcome.
