LTG (BWGFES/NTFR/KFES - NFPA 1001 Firefighter Level II Evaluations

(FF II & HMO (a HMA test is required to be eligible) written and practical testing 2017)

This registration is for eligible Local Traning Group Firefighters wishing to participate in this LTG evaluation process. Link to OFMEM Education, Testing & Certification related reference materials.

This is a FF II written test (Thursday, September 28, 2017, 6:00 pm)

and a

FFer II practical testing (Saturday, September 30, 2017, 8:00 am)

The approximate number of candidates to be tested:

Names of candidates, the test(s) they will be writing, and written confirmation of their eligibility need to be submitted 4 weeks prior to the test date. All items verified between the Firefighter to the D/C's, then the D/C's with the Deputy of Operations & Training.

The Deputy must confirm in writing to the Testing Unit, Office of the Fire Marshal and Emergency Management, that the specified individuals completed all training requirements for a test. Candidate names should be submitted as they are to appear on OFM correspondence and on their Certificates.

Do Firefighters have to take all of the tests in one day?

Tests may be written at the same session, or at different times. Passing results for Hazardous Materials Awareness, and Hazardous Materials Operations are all needed in order to receive Firefighter Level I. However, candidates who pass Hazardous Materials Awareness and Hazardous Materials Operations will receive relevant certification.
