Long term pain relief therapy - ROLF Method of Structural Integration
Thu, 16 February 2017, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
The ROLF Method of Structural Integration is a specialized therapy that addresses the causes of chronic and acute pain. This information session will explain how this treatment works and what outcomes you can expect.
The ROLF Method of Structural Integration works with connective tissue called fascia. All muscles, organs, bones, arteries and veins in our body are surround with fascia. Fascia is our shock absorber and adapts to stresses in our bodies that come from injuries, diseases and traumas. Fascia adapts and evolves in reaction to these stresses causing it to harden, adhere and lose elasticity and flexibility. The more flexible and elastic fascia is in our body, the more stress our body can take. Once fascia is hardened it must be freed up by a hands on approach. The ROLF Method is a gentle hands on treatment that releases fascia so your body can rebalance and function more optimally, thereby reducing your pain.
Come hear how Structural Integration can help your body heal, Balance and alight in 10 sessions. Our clients feel more energy, greater flexibility and range of motion and less pain and fatigue after completing the series.
