Looking for Meaning? Dare to Discover the Philosopher in You!

What does it mean to have meaning in life?

Go beyond the surface of things and come explore this introductory presentation to our applied philosophy course.

These 15 workshops will explore the philosophy of human nature, life, and society by taking a comparative approach to exploring wisdom from the East and West including Greek Stoicism, Confucius, Tibetan Buddhism, the mysteries of ancient Egypt and more.

Explore the Big questions in life and discuss how these affect the challenges of today with three major themes:

1) Who am I? - The human being

2) Living well together - Society and Ethics

3) Philosophy of history - Where do we come from and where are we going?
