LOVE WINS! is a little idea that grew. The horrors of the war in Ukraine have moved many people to do something to make a difference. At Beyond the Beat, we realized the transformative power of music in our lives and that, as musicians, we are part of a family and community that goes beyond local. Love and music bind us together. LOVE WINS! transcends culture and language goes beyond our families and communities. It has the power to bring hope and help to those communities in Ukraine.

LOVE WINS! will feature some of the fantastic talents nurtured at Beyond the Beat music studio and school to celebrate the power of music, youth, and love to unite us and effect change. Headlining will be some emerging artists who have found success beyond the school, including Sam Casey. Singer/songwriter Sam is drawing attention and currently working on two EPs: one with UK producer Joe Thomspon and one with Canadian producer Mike Schlosser.

LOVE WINS! Benefit Concert for Ukraine

June 26, 2022 @ 3 pm

GLENN GOULD STUDIO, CBC Building. 250 Front St. West, Toronto.

This is an all-ages event. Doors open at 2:15. The run time is 1.5 hours plus intermission.

Tickets and Donations:

Tickets are $50. All net proceeds from ticket sales and raffles will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross to support Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal.

Our goal is a full concert hall, and we have 340 seats to fill. If you cannot attend but would like to support this fundraising effort, please feel free to purchase tickets which we can then redistribute within our community. Vaccination Policy (as of April, 2022):

GGS is currently allowing full capacity audiences. Everyone entering the facility must be fully vaccinated. All attendees will be required to fill out a self-declaration form. It is recommended that all attendees wear a mask when circulating in the building and when physical distancing is not possible.
