Preparing for your Journey

Congratulations, you are about to embark on an incredible adventure of joy and healing!

  1. Sankalpa / Intention: If you can't decide just keep it simple and set the default intention of having a good time / having joy in your heart / raising the vibration.
  2. Trust that your leader and Sangha (group), are going on an incredible journey into the heart. If I say laugh, just laugh. If it sounds like I told a joke, also laugh. Do your part to keep a high vibration in the room, the higher your vibration, the higher the vibration of the room will be and it will create a positive feedback loop of happiness.
  3. Sacred Meds: Although there are pictures of weed leafs and mushrooms on the flyer and we will be going into a deep, healing relaxation, I want your attention and focus to be sharp. If you do feel like partaking in sacred medicines remember: you are responsible for your own experience, take enough medicine to keep your spirit light and giggly while still being able to pay attention.
  4. Yoga Stuff: Be prepared for corpse pose and deep relaxation: Yoga mat, small pillow and comfy clothes that will let you go deep into a vision.
  5. Eye Gazing: If you do not feel comfortable eye gazing with another person, bring a small mirror so you can gaze into your own eye.
