Event description

You will be trained and activated (kick-started) to step out in faith: healing the sick, sharing the Gospel, baptizing in water and in the Holy Spirit, and making disciples. You will receive solid Bible teaching which you will have the opportunity to put into practice as we venture out in small groups around the beautiful, tourist-packed areas in and around Cultus Lake, British Columbia.

In the Book of Acts, we read that God was using ordinary believers to do extraordinary things. The church was growing fast and disciples were being filled with the Holy Spirit empowering them to make disciples. They preached, healed, delivered, and baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit.

The apostle Paul emphasizes the importance of acting in (supernatural) power:

‘My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.’ (1 Cor. 2:4-5, NIV)

This was the ‘normal Christian life’ for a disciple of Jesus Christ. Is this kind of life still for today? Are we as disciples of Jesus still called to do these same ‘Acts’?

Yes! We believe this is still for today and for every believer who wants to be a disciple of the Lord Jesus.

Our seminar is a 3-day hands-on teaching on discipleship.
The teachings will be very practical and will include going out on the streets healing the sick, and preaching the gospel, baptizing people in water and Holy Spirit.

Fraser Valley Gospel Outreach consists of a group of disciples from Fraser Valley Area who believe strongly in evangelism, discipleship and fellowship. We meet every Saturday for outreach and kickstarting and have regular fellowship, prayer, worship and equipping gatherings. We are composed of believers from various church backgrounds and have many combined years of evangelism and discipleship experience.

Although Fraser Valley Gospel Outreach is not an official arm of TLR, we believe that TLR's teachings and methods reflect strong biblical teaching that will help equip you in your discipleship journey. The Last Reformation is a move of God that began in Denmark in 2011 by an evangelist named Søndergaard. and has now spread all over the world. The movement is modelled after what we read the early disciples doing in the book of Acts: venturing out to pray for healing and deliverance and sharing the Gospel. The message proclaimed is repentance towards God, baptism into the Lord Jesus Christ and receiving the promise of the Holy Spirit. There is a strong emphasis on discipleship multiplication and fellowship.

*Please note that Torben Søndergaard will not be attending
