This year marks the 201st Royal St. John's Regatta! We've partnered with them to bring you a 10-part yoga and fitness class series: ROWGA + LAKESIDE HIIT SERIES

Join us at the Boathouse on Tuesday, June 11th for an all levels complimentary yoga class. Jody Williams will lead you through your practice as the sun sets on the deck of the Boathouse (the museum is our rain location!). You won't want to miss this!

Jody offers an authentic, mindful, down to earth approach to teaching. Without losing the integrity of the Yoga tradition, he brings insights from his Buddhist practices into class and focuses on mindful movement, linked with the breath to enhance the meditative quality of Yoga.

What to expect: Jody teaches people not poses,” we don’t force our body to get into the pose, but we use the pose to get into our body”. The class focus is on functional movement, balancing the nervous system and calming the mind. Leave class feeling grounded, balanced and rejuvenated.

Please arrive 15 minutes early with your mat for set up. Limited spaces available, please RSVP via Eventbrite by Sunday, May 26th. You will need a ticket to enter.
