Description

Daley Progress is thrilled to present a free lunch and learn workshop featuring Lianne Perry.

Making Mental Resilience Top of Mind: for entrepreneurs who want to avoid burnout

As entrepreneurs, we understand the importance of being productive. We are constantly bombarded with ways to push, reach, stretch and hustle in order to achieve success. Unfortunately, entrepreneurs are generally terrible at taking care of their mental health while growing their businesses. The risk of burnout is great in this age of competing demands on our time, our physical state and our mental capacity. When recognizing problems, entrepreneurs may take measures to improve overall health, like making positive eating choices and exercising. However, we rarely think of how to build mental resilience in ourselves and our employees. In this workshop, we will explore ways to avoid burnout and improve upon overall mental health while allowing you to meet business targets. Workshop requirements: Bring an open mind!

Join us for a workshop over lunch!
