About this Event

What if we told you over 50% of all food produced in Canada is wasted? What if we told you there's something you can do about it?

Join Taeyoung, Chef and Founder of Kitchin Collective* and Julia, Executive Director of Food Stash Foundation* to experience a lunch where rescued surplus food comes to life, whilst also learning about food waste and what you can do about it!

This Lunch n' Learn is the first of its kind and you don't want to miss it! You'll be enjoying a delicious chef-inspired meal of: Chicken Ribollita - featuring grilled Chicken, roasted Tomato, braised Northern Beans, Market Vegetables and grilled Bread - served with along with sides of insight and good laughs!

*Kitchin
