Join us for Mad Science with Sophie! Bring the lab right to your kitchen and join Sophie for a phenomenal science experiment!

Sophie is a student at the University of Saint-Boniface, currently studying science. She has always had a love for science, and when she learnt that she would have a chance to share her passion with others she couldn’t have been more excited.

Join Sophie on February 18th in extending your knowledge about chemistry by making ice cream in a bag!

The ingredients needed (per person) for this experiment will be:

- 1 cup of half and half

-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- around 3 cups of ice

-salt of any kind (the bigger the crystal, the less chances the salt gets in the ice cream)

-toppings of your choice (optional)

-2 ziplock bags (one normal sized and one big)
