The objective of this interactive training is to increase an individual’s ability to recognize and reduce bias in the workplace. This workshop will enhance participants awareness of their unconscious bias, help them understand its impacts, and provide the skills needed to build and maintain a more inclusive workplace.
In particular, participants will learn:
How to identify their personal bias
- How to address and prevent micro-inequities
- How to foster an inclusive workplace
- How to develop a personal action plan for inclusion
Scent-Free Environment: We would kindly ask that participants refrain from wearing perfume and other scents as products with fragrance in an indoor environment can impact the health of some individuals.
