Cascade Chef Mike Buono's specialty menu below pairs perfectly with MSB's offerings.
Main Street Brewmaster Jack Bensley will speak a bit about the beer, and join you at the table for dinner and questions.
1st course: White Cheddar & Smoked Pork belly Croquette

2nd course: Sole Foods farms organic greens, strawberry, pickled radish, chèvre, rhubarb Vinaigrette

3rd course: MSB Saison poached Haida Gwaii Halibut, Manila Clams, sea asparagus, fennel, lardon, orange and coriander seafood broth
