Make Your Own Jewelry - Seriously Silver - Extended Series!
In this interactive Jewelry Making Experience, we teach you many different Goldsmith techniques, giving you the ability to customize as much as you want!
With the skills acquired in this 6-week series, you will have the ability to create custom pieces up to industry standards. As a confidant silversmith apprentice, where you go from here, is up to you!
Week 1 | Silver Rings II – Level 2 rings (ie. spinner rings) no prerequisite
Week 2 | Stone Setting Workshop – Applications for Rings, Pendants, Cuffs & Earrings
Week 3 | Piercing Workshop – Applications for Money Clips, Pedants, Cuffs/Bangles & Rings
Week 4 | Fire, Fusing, and Chain Workshop – Experiment with metal fusing to create a super relaxed organic piece; along with chain making
Week 5 & 6 | Independent Project Work – Have the freedom to work on any new pieces, using your newly learned skills; or finish up any remaining workshop pieces
Continuing Study Class Package includes:
- 2 full day bench rentals ($160 value)
- One-on-one 30 minute branding and marketing consultation with owner and head master Kristin Calkins
- $100 credit towards a private Gold Workshop (reg. $350) – only available to experienced students.
No materials are included in class pricing due to every students unique project needs. Materials will be decided and priced on the day of your workshop - $5/gram for silver. We offer 925 Sterling Silver for projects, and bronze and copper for sample making.
$700+HST (Reg. $225 Separately)
Don't forget, If you are a returning student, you can use your $100 credit toward this next class!
