How about a warm soup in a cold winter? But the things is, what kind of soup is good for what purpose? On a Chinese medical note, different herbs used in soup have different benefits, for example, the Herbal Chicken Soup can help to alleviate the “chills” in the body.

Come to learn about the individual herb’s benefits and purposes, to get better understanding of the benefits of the herbs use and understand what we are actually eating and how they are affecting our health.

This workshop will give you practical knowledge and tips on what to put in the soup for a better health. =D
