Come join life coach and yoga instructor, Keith Macpherson for a day of uncovering five sacred principles of mindfulness practice and learn how to integrate them into your life. After extensive research into the area of mindfulness, Keith Macpherson has discovered a platform to demystify the word mindful and give it a concrete and accessible place in everyday life. Expect to come away with a deeper understanding of yourself and a new found balance in your life. Also expect to understand a deeper sense of life purpose and how to identify the things in your life that have stopped you from truly fulfilling your dream.
The day will conclude with a yoga practice led by Keith Macpherson. The day will consist of music, yoga, movement, deep discussion and self discovery. You will come away feeling very recharged and back in balance. A small lunch will be provided.
You are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen along with your yoga mat and dress comfortably.
