Our Making Time For You events are just about that! They have been amazing events that we've been hosting monthly with different themes and topics focusing on different areas in our lives that we tend to not spend enough time on! Whether you're a mother, home with your kiddos or working full time, or whether you're a grandmother caring for all of those surrounding you, we certainly tend to put ourselves last! And these events encompasses nutrition, exercise and our minds , all things that are important to make us the happiest we can be!!

We are so excited to be hosting our monthly Making Time For You event with a little twist! November 10th we will be hosting an amazing night full of learning, laughs and dancing! We're so excited to be hosting Alisa again. She graciously came and spoke last September in regards to our nutrition and the impact on Mental Health! I feel this is a concern that people are being more open and aware about, and I know for me I've learned so much and you will too!

Ever wonder how your diet is impacting your brain and how it is functioning? This educational seminar will help you understand just how much your nutrition impacts cognitive function and mental health.

Alisa Herriman has been teaching nutrition for over 12 years and helps her clients nourish both their bodies and minds. Alisa has assembled usable nutrition and lifestyle education strategies to help you learn how to personally support optimal brain health. We have all had times where we don't feel as great as we may want to whether it's a lack of energy "mental fog" forgetfulness or clinical conditions such as anxiety and depression. As a Nutritionist Alisa believes that everything we put into our body directly determines how it functions especially our brain!

Nutrition and its impact on mental health will help you understand what dietary and lifestyle strategies can help you optimally nourish your mind while providing a solid foundation for good emotional and mental health!!

This is a very relax discussion, feel free to bring any questions you may have, you will definitely be able to steal one on one time with Alisa after her chat!! ❤️

We will also enjoy an amazing discussion in regards to Mindset and Mindfulness! I've personally heard Stephen Millman speak about his journey and he will be giving tips to bring a positive mindset into your life... this is a discussion you do not want to miss!

Lastly, we will have a Burlesque dance teacher joining us so we don't put that sexy black dress and heels to waste!! This will be a fun, exciting way to bring a little exercise into the night!

Any questions feel free to email me at daynaarmstrong@ymail.com and I can't wait to see you all there!! ❤️
