About this event
I’m excited to announce that I’m collaborating with Damian who has been working as a relator for over 10 years to offer an online 3 week course. This course will help you get moving in the direction you want to go in and guide you in learning how you can acquire land and create community outside of GTA.
Our intention is to help you connect with others who are on a similar journey and guide you along the way. By the end of the course you will have clarity on what has been holding you back in your life and gain strategies as well as be informed on how to move forward.
This course will help you:
- Feel lighter and more focused
- Get clarity on attachments and what is holding you back
- Empower and informed so you can make decision on where to move and how
- Give you tools and strategies to help you acquire land alone or with others
- Connect you with others who are going through the same process
Assessment - 1 hour one on one with Tonia to:
- Solidify your values and then create meaningful goals
- Design a realistic plan around creating the life you want
Session 1 With Tonia from Time + Space Solutions on Feb 2nd
- Declutter and let go of physical, emotional and time wasters holding you back
- Get support to shift attachments and gain confidence to let go
- Learn how to organize what’s left
- Sustain changes with shifting inner and outer patterns
- Be accountable to your plan and steps you’ve set out
Session 2 With Damian from iProRealty on Feb 9th
- Financing for vacant land and how that works (cash vs lender)
- Buying property with dwelling vs without (vacant)
- Joint venture vs solo venture
- Organized vs unorganized land
- Finding the right property
Session 3 With Tonia and Damian on Feb 16th
- Review what you have learned
- See where you need to adjust your values and goals
- Adjust your plan based on what you learned and the changes you’ve made
- Create an accountability plan so you follow through
