THEME: Multiage, Multiple Ways: Finding and Making Different Paths of Learning
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore sessions in literacy, numeracy, yoga, outdoor education, visual arts, coding, green screen technology and how to use furniture to enhance the learning environment for all learners. These and many other amazing sessions will share inclusive strategies to support all learners.
Please join us at Victor Wyatt School on October 21. Please register early to ensure you are able to attend your preferred session. Spaces are limited. Refunds will not be provided.
Program: 8:00 – 9:00 Coffee/Package Pick-Up/Registration/Publishers Displays
9:00- 11:30 AM Sessions (Break Included; time at presenters’ discretion)
11:30-1:00 Lunch and Displays (Lunch is not included)
1:15-3:30 PM Sessions (Break included; time at presenters’ discretion
PLEASE NOTE: All participants MUST wear their name tags all day so we can verify that you are in the correct session. Participants without proper name tags will not be allowed to enter any sessions. We ask that all participants stay until the end of their session to show respect for the presenters and their hard work volunteering to provide a session.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is lots of parking, but we do suggest carpooling when available. The school parking lot will be used for volunteers, vendors, and presenters only but extra parking is available at St. Vital Arena, St. Emile School and Church, Meadowood Dr., and surrounding side streets. Arrive early to ensure parking closer to the venue and please remember it is a school zone on a Friday so the speed limit is 30km/hr which will slow down traffic in the area. St. Vital Mall is very close and you can park there and walk or take the bus if you would like. We are also near major bus routes 55, 75, and 59.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please feel free to bring a re-usable water bottle as we will have fill stations in the school. Any additional supplies needed for sessions will be noted in the session description and in any email communication from the event co-ordinators. Space is provided for those who bring their own lunch and would like to eat in the building although we are not providing lunch to participants.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You will be expected to wear your name tag to the sessions as we have limited number of seats in each session and can only hold spots for those registered. If you leave your session after checking in and are not wearing your name tag, we cannot guarantee re-entry.
