Over this 6-week course we target impulse control issues that help dogs develop good manners and become better canine citizens.

About this event

Dogs must be 4 months and older by class start.

This 6-week class will focus on developing good manners through improving your dog's impulse control. This training best for those dogs who can be a little "naughty" and display behaviours such as jumping up, pulling on leash, stealing items, jumping on counters, etc. It is also great for those dogs who get a little too excited when meeting friends.

*Please note: Classes do not run on holiday weekends. Any classes that overlap with such a weekend will be extended by one week*

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a few extra precautions in place for this class:

  • Clients are asked to please only bring 2 people per dog attending
  • All clients are asked to maintain 6 foot social distancing from other clients at all times
  • Clients are asked not to attend class if:
  1. They are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
  2. They have tested positive or are under investigation for possible COVID-19
  3. They are in the process of self-isolating for any reason
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building as well as from staff members by request.
  • All communal surface and equipment are sanitized regularly
