2. To engage employees in planning goals, increasing accountability, learning and growth
3. How to succeed and avoid the painful pitfalls of traditional performance management processes

Dan Furlan, CPHR, has an extensive career as a Human Resource Manager, Trainer and Consultant. His experience has been gained through roles in many sectors, including manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, health care, the service industry, and instructing at a university and college level.
