About this Event

The World Health Organization has announced that stress has reached epidemic proportions throughout the world, which is why the development of resilience skills is crucial. In this one hour workshop, we will be giving you tools to increase your resilience, build a list of wellness tools to manage stress and anxiety, identify types of support and explore the benefits of mindfulness. This workshop is presented by Canadian Mental Health Association of York and South Simcoe and hosted by City of Markham Aaniin Community Hub.
