Manifestation Circle / Soundbath: Raise Your Vibration

Join us for an intimate and nurturing experience of connection, reflection and learning! A big part of the manifestation process is to live in a high vibrational state. We will look at what it means to raise our vibration and access more feel-good emotions so we can attract our dreams and desires. You will gain tools to help you manage your emotions especially when in a low vibe state and avoid self sabotage This sacred space will allow you to share your experiences with others while inspiring and supporting one another. You will also enjoy a relaxing and restorative soundbath with guided meditation where Lindsey will guide us into connecting with our vision of our future selves. Lindsey will be using her high-frequency crystal singing bowls which help cleanse, clear and rebalance our energetic body.
