Power of Gratitude.

No matter who you are, gratitude has the power to improve your life. The practice of gratitude has been scientifically proven to lead to healthier mindsets, better relationships, greater potential for accessing abundance, higher levels of happiness and more fulfillment from your career. In our final ManTalks Monday event of 2015 our speakers will dive into three primary areas in relationship to gratitude.

1. The relationship between gratitude and optimal health and wellbeing.
2. The relationship between gratitude and attracting and receiving abundance.
3. The relationship between gratitude and healthy, fulfilling relationships.

You can anticipate our speakers to provide insights and powerful perspectives on:

  • How a regular practice of gratitude can physically alter your state of mind, well being and health. How this practice assists in healing the body, mind and emotional wellbeing of those practicing gratitude and those who are the recipents of the practice.
  • What it looks like to create a daily/regular ritual around gratitude and how to integrate the practice in a way that makes sense to you and fits into your life.
  • The common blocks or resistence to putting a regular practice of gratitude in play and what you can do to shift the resistence into fuel for results.
  • The direct link between an mindset rooted in gratitude and the attraction of wealth, abundance and success. How gratitude can leave you present to the blessings in your life as well as the clear action steps to take to get you back on track to accessing a greater amount of financial and abundant flow in your life.

If you've ever wanted to create more abundance in your life, have a better relatioship or improve your mental/physical health, this event will show you how gratitude can help change all of it!

Hiroko Demichelis: As a single parent living in Vancouver, 11.000 km away from home (the boot-shaped country), she cannot retreat as a hermit to meditate. So she had to create mini-retreats in her daily life. This is what inspires her programming for MOMENT - the idea of an urban refuge.

She is the proud content and education director at MOMENT, as well as the founder of the Vancouver Brain Lab. plus a full-time mom and dreamer. She loves design, fashion and gelato, the real one.

PLUS

Evian McMillan is the Finance and Business manager for MOMENT and Head Guinea Pig. To him, MOMENT is an opportunity to introduce meditation to everyone...before they hit the wall like he did. Meditation has helped him calm his stress and find more happiness but without losing the competitive edge. He still loves to race and to win; in cars, on bikes or on skis. Meditation has helped him find the balance he never knew he needed.

Join us on December 12th to hear four amazing men and women share their unique journey's of how gratitude has powerfully changed their lives for the better and how it can change yours.
