Description
Tree to Table is a family owned and operated business located right in rural Hamilton. They deliver premium maple syrup by paying close attention to every process involved in production. There are no shortcuts to producing the best maple syrup.
In this workshop you'll learn about the process of producing maple syrup from tap to table. You'll experience a personalized tour through the maple bush, sample our syrup, learn about tree identification, see how we practice sustainable tree-tapping, and attend to woodland biodiversity, wildlife habitat & endangered tree species. ALL AGES are welcome to attend this workshop!
**People can meet at the co-op and carpool. It's roughly a 30 min drive. We have one van to take 6 people at 9:30**
Cost: Mustard Seed Co-op Owner: $20/person or $35/household ; Non-owners: $25/person or $45/household; to be paid upon completion of this form. You will be sent an email if your registration was successful. If you do not receive an email it means you are NOT registered.
Don't want to pay online? We have an in-store registration option! Head to The Mustard Seed (460 York Blvd in Hamilton) and you can register and make payment with one of our cashiers. There is no way to reserve a spot without payment.
Cancellation Policy:
The time of our instructors is valuable, so we are aiming to make sure each class is well-attended! If you are unable to attend, it is preferable that you find someone to replace you. Otherwise, you must let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop start time in order to receive a refund. If you have questions, or need to cancel, please email info@mustardseed.coop. Thank you!
