Discover the free, open-source mapping program QGIS. Using Statistics Canada boundary files along with two library databases, CHASS and the Canadian Census Analyzer, learn how to download and map geographically-linked demographic data, and discover methods for grouping and visualizing data.

Open to everyone. 90 minutes.

*Note: you must bring your own laptop with QGIS 2.18 installed. Contact Michael Groenendyk if you require assistance installing the program before the workshop.
