An evening raising money in support of Ukraine.
About this event
Calling on the community to come out in support of Ukraine.
Your ticket gets you a taste of Ukrainian varenyky (perogies) and borscht (unable to make dietary accommodations), and a gift in support of Ukraine.
The event will also include a silent auction, market place, and crafts.
The Ukrainian food is being made in partnership with Salt and Pepper Meals and Killdeer food Co. with donations from Debackers Farm and Our Fields Farm and Orchard Hill farms.
BBQ sausages with varenyky will be available for sale from the Kinsmen Club of St. Thomas.
A formal presentation will be made at 7pm from Steve Peters with some history about Ukrainians in St. Thomas.
There will be a market place with vendors giving back a portion of their proceeds to the fundraiser. Vendors include: 2 Dog Candles, Seed Confections, Sweaters2 mitts, Clover Pecans, Catunto Custom Creations, Sediment and Sorcery, Sweet Home Designs Chalk Couture, At your Bake and Call. Make sure to bring cash, as not all vendors can take card.

If you want to support but cannot attend you can send an e-transfer to finance@ywcaste.ca with a note indicating the donation is for March for Ukraine.
