This is a live interactive webinar, so you will be able to ask questions to the Chef during the event. The session will be recorded and shared with all the attendees afterwards for reference.
Mardi Gras is Feb 16th! And since we can't bring the party to us, we are inviting you to find a way to enjoy some delicious Cajun food in your home with this New Orleans inspired menu. Let the good times roll!
- Hot Crab Dip: You'll find your self doing it over and over! Served with baguette toasts
- Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya: A New Orleans classic! Way easier that what it seems, we'll demystify this dish so it becomes a regular item on your week night dinners!
- Upside Down Pecan Cake with Bourbon Caramel Sauce: Find all the flavors from a pecan pie in form of a cake, drizzled generously with some decadent caramel sauce!
You could make the recipes at the same time as the chef if you want, or just join and learn!
