During that time they’ve trained 100’s of marketers on their Core Strategy methodology which will be summarized in this session. This methodology was created from best practices learned at Procter & Gamble & Frito Lay and reimagined for companies that are in a startup and scale up phase.

Josh Cairns is an Executive in Residence with Accelerate Okanagan and Partner at Crew Marketing. He has a passion for all things marketing and believes if marketing is done right, it should lead the growth function of all organizations. His passion has enabled him to work alongside companies like Microsoft and Rogers and a number of small and mid-sized organizations across Canada. As a partner and leader with Crew Marketing, Josh’s focus is on growing and scaling SME’s through strategy and results based execution (aka marketing).

Since moving to the Okanagan in 2014, Josh has developed a deep passion for the community and currently holds a seat as a board member of the Journey Home Society. On a personal side, he loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids at the beach, hiking, running and snowboarding.
