Our world is rapidly changing and so is the way investors and social ventures interact with the world.

Impact ventures are on the rise and a growing number of meaningful social enterprises are seeking capital to grow and scale their impact. Today’s investors can invest in a range of for-profit, nonprofit and charitable organizations with the goal of making real impact and creating positive change. These investors belong to the growing movement of impact investors mobilizing their capital for social and environmental good. But, whether you are new to impact investing or an experienced impact investor, finding local impact investment opportunities remains a significant challenge. How can we bridge this gap?

MaRS Impact Venture Pitch Fair

Featuring five impact ventures and funds presenting potential investment opportunities, the MaRS Impact Venture Pitch Fair aims to connect accredited investors looking for impact investment opportunities with impact entrepreneurs seeking capital. The audience will include impact-focused angel investors, wealth advisors, impact capital funds, fund managers, asset managers, philanthropists, and family offices and foundations looking for mission-related investments.

About the MaRS Impact Venture Pitch Fair

The quarterly MaRS Impact Venture Pitch Fair aims to catalyze the growth of impact investment through connecting impact capital with opportunities for impact. The closed session allows accredited investors to build relationships with impact ventures aspiring to solve some of our society’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. To date, 21 impact ventures and funds have participated in previous MaRS Impact Venture Pitch Fairs.
