About this Event

MASTER PIANO RECITAL SERIES 2019/2020

The Master Piano Recital Series presents outstanding pianists from across Canada and abroad to audiences in the nation's capital, in accessible, affordable, and intimate presentations at Southminter United Church, situated on Bank Street next to the Rideau Canal.

MPRS artists are top-level performers, with international competition prizes and acclaimed recordings under their belts, and experience playing on the world's most important stages. Many of them emerging artists, in many cases playing in Ottawa for the first time, they bring uncommon passion, unique stage charisma, and genuine desire to share their artistry with you.

For the 2019/20 season, the series expands its focus from solo classical recitals exclusively to include chamber music and jazz. Don't miss hearing these exceptional artists in the City of Ottawa's most important piano-dedicated music series.
