Overview

Together, and with the guidance of your MediaFace facilitators, you will explore the moments that matter to your customers, uncover your smallest viable market, and take a walk through the journey loop to deepen relationships and create valuable advocates for your brand, products, and services.

She’s a strategic thinker with a real passion for storytelling. For over 18 years, Silvana has been engaging and inspiring audiences with her award-winning work, both as a broadcast journalist and communications professional. Her innate ability to uncover people's motivations and frustrations helps clients identify the right audience, and persuade them with her captivating stories.

In addition to her ability to make the complex simple and the invisible, visible, she has a flair for creating and amplifying authentic stories while maintaining brand integrity and corporate reputation.

Lauren Perruzza, Marketing Communications Lead

Lauren is a creative communicator with a lifelong love of stories.

She brings her passion for marketing and enthusiasm in finding the story behind the story to MediaFace. Lauren draws on her expertise in copywriting, editing, print design, and social media for client and in-house projects.

She spent six years in the Canadian book publishing industry developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and writing for a wide variety of audiences including authors, publishers, industry associations and government officials. Lauren holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and a Master of Publishing from Simon Fraser University.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be received by email to lp@mediaface.ca no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the seminar in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation of registration received within nine (9) and five (5) business days of the seminar will be subjected to a refund, less 30% of the registration fee to meet administrative costs. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made four (4) business days prior to the seminar. If you registered for a seminar but are unable to attend, substitutions are welcome anytime at no extra cost – just let us know who will be coming in your stead.
