About this event
MAUSIQI: GLOBAL JAM SESSIONS takes place at the centrally located, welcoming venue Alternity! This exciting new programme, led by Lauren Barnett, will run the last Tuesday of every month, starting November 29, 2022.
The jam is women-focused, and all genders are welcome. Each evening will begin with a short set by a featured artist, followed by an open circle jam and dedicated networking time so you don’t need to squeeze that in as you enjoy listening to and participating in the evening’s music.
$10 at the door (no one will be turned away). The evening focuses on world music – even the occasional English-language song is welcome!
