Sanjay Ghosh (LinkedIn) has been a UX Researcher for 13 years working in organizations like Amazon, Google, Samsung and ABB Research. His research has influenced several global products like Amazon Seller Central platform, Files by Google, Android TV, Google Android keyboard, Samsung Voice, Bixby Voice Assistant, Samsung Tizen OS smartphone, Samsung Pay, Samsung School, to name a few. Having worked on diverse technology products for users in international markets with diverse teams, diversity has been the highlight of his career journey. He did his Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Design from IIT Bombay, India. He is an inventor of 6 granted and 14 pending patents on novel user interaction technologies and author of 20+ scientific publications on HCI and UX. He loves to teach courses on user-centered design, research methods, statistics and also impart his research experience.
