Wednesday January 30, 2019

Annual Brewery Tour and Tastings trip with a special Stop at the Guelph Civic Museum for a sampling of Guelph’s downtown brewing history. SEATS ARE LIMITED! Only $50, lunch and refreshments included. Our tours theme is Quality Control. Each of the brewers will highlight what they do and what challenges they have to produce a quality product in a reproducible fashion. These short and informal talks will be open for Q&A.

  • Physical aspects of handling yeast, yeast aeration and propagation, Andreas Liebl - Esau & Hueber GmbH
  • Refermentation with fruit in a commercial brewery, Avery Swanson - Jester King Brewery

Beer Stube 7:30 pm - 12am - make new friends & catch up with old acquaintances featuring beers donated from breweries across Ontario. Beer Stube is offsite this year. Shuttle bus provided to 10 Carden (a Heritage building in Downtown Guelph).
