Our nutrition classes are taught by a Registered Dietitian. These classes look at helping participants learn more about nutrition, eating for a healthy lifestyle, developing better eating practices, and promoting health and wellness.
Join us on December 6th for an educational workshop about the benefits of meal planning. This session will help participants:
