Meal Prep Cooking Class (Vegetarian/Vegan Menu)

Learn how to efficiently meal prep a weeks worth of food with a small group of folks! My overall goal is to help people get back in touch with where their food comes from and how it is made, while also teaching you some tricks in the kitchen!
The $249 plan (valued at $430) includes the following:
-45 min grocery store tour
-Approx 3.5-4 hours of cooking as a group
-1 week meal plan, shopping list, and recipes to take home with you (these are the same ones we prepare in class)
-Meal prep tips
You will go home with approx 2 breakfasts, a snack, and 4-5 lunches (or dinners) and containers to take things home in.

Coconut Curry Lentil Soup
Cashew & Squash Stew
*Note: I offer two class options, an all inclusive menu and a vegan/vegetarian menu. However, if you would like to discuss having a special class made for a group of people, please contact me directly - I would be happy to chat.
