During this session, Amy will be speaking about Measurement and the Changing Customer Journey. She will explore how consumer expectations and buying journeys have changed, why this is so important to understand and most importantly, how to build measurement frameworks in order to optimize and better enable the customer buying process. Amy will look at common business goals, measurement best practices as well a few case studies to see how this can be effectively implemented.
