About this event
The Presentation: Measuring Collaboration
Organizations are increasingly pressured to achieve results in complex environments, and the collaboration frequently required to carry out projects and programs is often missing from theories of change. Evaluation can play a key role in articulating how and in what contexts improved relationships and collaboration lead to improved outcomes. A deeper understanding of collaboration can help to guide the design of interventions and strengthen long term improvements to programs and organizational functioning.
This presentation offers a series of concepts and tools related to measuring collaboration. Participants will take away an inventory of approaches to measuring collaboration as well as a decision-support for understanding the role of collaboration in different environments.
