Media Training for Startups

The Social Ventures Zone is hosting a second session with Lauren Clegg to give a media training workshop for teams to gain skills and traction in the media. Lauren, Media Relations Officer in the Office of Public Affairs, sources stories like yours and promotes them to media.

The training session will be 1 hour in length and will go over the various services Public Affairs can offer you and your team and provide basic media training. Topics such as interview skills, press releases, and who to talk to will be covered. This is also an opportunity for Lauren to get to know your venture so that she can pitch your story internally and externally.
