About the Course

This half-day course is designed as the perfect follow-up to the Learn to Meditate workshops, although anyone can attend and receive benefit. Great for beginners or those wishing to establish a daily practice of meditation, we will discover how to use the art of mindfulness to integrate meditation into our daily life. By learning how we can skilfully bring our meditation into every aspect of our day, we will discover the key to a happy, balanced life and experience genuine transformation from within. In this way we can become the relaxed and joyful person we wish to be and find real meaning and fulfilment.

About the Teacher

Sandra Lewis is a student on the Teacher Training Program and has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for several years. She is known for her inspiring and kind-hearted approach to teaching Buddhism and meditation and is a dedicated volunteer at the Centre.




Cost & Booking

$25 | Free for Members (book online to get your discount)

The course will consist of two sessions with a half hour coffee/tea break. Each session will include a guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.

Doors open from 9:15am. Please arrive 10 minutes before the first session.
