About the Course

This half-day course is designed as the perfect follow up to the Learn to Meditate workshops, though anyone can attend and receive benefit. Perfect for beginners or those wishing to establish a daily practice of meditation, we will discover how to use the art of mindfulness to integrate meditation into our daily life. By learning the benefits and how we can skilfully bring our meditation into every aspect of our life, we will discover the key to a happy, balanced life and experience genuine transformation from within. In this way we can become the relaxed and joyful person we wish to be and find real meaning and fulfillment.

About the Teacher

Eng Chuen is a student on the Foundation Program and has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for a few years. Eng is a sincere and committed practitioner who loves sharing Buddha’s wisdom with others, especially his own insights of how to integrate dharma into busy daily life.




Cost & Booking

$25 | Free for Members

The course will consist of two sessions with a half hour break. Each session will include guided meditation, a talk and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.

Registration Opens from 9:15am. Please arrive 10 minutes before the first session.
