Meditation - an intimate look inwards

This talk will briefly describe the history and origins of meditation, and why people of various walks of life meditate. This will include its physical and spiritual benefits.
Also, how meditation has found a place in our modern world and is practiced by many people who have no religious or spiritual motivation.
We will talk about the different forms of meditation, and close with a short group meditation session.
