About this event
Class description - In this 3 class series we will explore how to take our formal sitting practice off the cushion and put it in action. Considering the supports of community, commitment and curiosity, we will be inspired to infuse practice into our daily activities. Each session will include a time for discussion and a Tonglen meditation.
Julie Mae has been integrating meditation into daily life for 15 years. Most recently, she has provided mindfulness and meditation classes for healthcare workers in the ICU during the most challenging times of the pandemic. She is a student of the Ven Zasep Rinpoche at Gaden Choling Buddhist Meditation Centre.
