About this Event

Meditation is said to have many health benefits for seniors including sounder sleep, reduced stress, and sharper memory, and focus meditation is also known to enhance digestion, and promote a relaxed and peaceful state of mind.

This meditation classes will empower elders with a tool to overcoming fear, anxiety and tension and achieving peace within.

Venerable Sumanacara compassionately leads the guided meditation. Whether you’re looking for yourself or a loved one, meditation for seniors has the benefit of restoring and relaxing the mind.

Please register to get the Zoom link. You can join as many sessions as you like by using the same zoom id/link. Please note that during the session, you’ll be asked to turn on your camera. If you are a beginner, please join us 10-15 minutes early.
